While there is no universal definition for the word mindfulness, it carries a very wide range of meaning. This can be confusing to those who are new to the practice. In this two-hour webinar, Dave will teach you that some camps of mindfulness place a lot of emphasis on the physical and somatic components of mindfulness, while others use it in conjunction with therapy or even as an alternative to therapy and medication.
