with Michelle Maldonado Founder of Lucenscia via Insight Timer

Join 1440 Leadership Center faculty member Michelle Maldonado and Insight Timer for FREE guided meditations — Lucenscia Insights:

  • Activating the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system
  • Creating our body map-mental map with love

  • Discovery Through Transformation Quadrants

Activating the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system — In this meditation Michelle will practice breathwork to active the vagus nerve and parasympathetic nervous system to restore calm and clarity to the mind and body.

Creating our body map-mental map with love — Join Michelle for a interactive, yet relaxing, meditation involving gentle sensing into the body and mind when we experience the emotion of love. In this practice, you will cultivate a personal, felt sense of the emotion of love by creating our own “body map and mental map.”

Discovery Through Transformation Quadrants — An interactive meditation exploring four transformation quadrants of Self, Family, Community, and Organization. This is a meditation practice that can be experienced as a stand-alone practice or as a companion to A Bridge To Better’s Open Letter to Humanity and (free) Resource Guide helping us to navigate social and racial injustice.
